How to Access Your Digital Mobile Tickets

Please follow the instructions below to access your Digital Ticket Wallet. Please note this should be done on a mobile phone or tablet. 

  • Log into mywallet.STNJ.org
    • If you already have an STNJ.org web login: use the same email or username and click next. You can then log in with your existing password or request an access code via email.
    • If you do not have an STNJ.org web login: enter the email address that was used when placing your ticket order and choose the "request an access code via email" option.
  • View your digital mobile tickets:
    • Your digital mobile ticket(s) will be accessible from mywallet.STNJ.org
    • At the event, present your digital mobile ticket(s) on your mobile device to be scanned at the door. Screenshots will not work. A rotating QR code that refreshes every 30 seconds will begin to appear three hours before the performance time.
    • You have the ability to share one or more of your tickets by selecting the share option for your event.

QUICK TIPS:

  • Please check your tickets in mywallet.STNJ.org before the date of the show. If you are unsure of your login information, please contact Guest Services.
  • If you have previously logged in and things don’t look as expected, refresh the page.
  • The QR code on each ticket will appear beginning three hours prior to performance time. The QR code is dynamic and refreshes every 30 seconds. Please do not take a screenshot of your ticket or print it out. A screenshot or printout will not scan.

Sharing Your Tickets

You may share your tickets with your guests at any time. The barcode does not have to appear on the tickets in order for you to share them.

  1. Log in to mywallet.STNJ.org and select your event.
  2. Tap the “Share Tickets” icon.
  3. Enter the name of the recipient and select the tickets you want to share.
  4. Read and agree to the Terms of Use and tap “Next.”
  5. Review and confirm name and selected tickets and tap “Confirm.”
  6. Tap the “Share with your Guest” icon and send the link to the recipient.
  7. Share the ticket via text, email, or another app of your choice.
  8. Need to send the link again? Select “Share this invite again.”
  9. Please confirm with your guest that they received the link to the mobile ticket and have properly accepted the ticket.
