Jersey Talent Video Submission Form

All applicants must be between the ages 8 to 25. Video should be a maximum of two minutes. Make sure we can see you and hear you clearly in the video. All entries must be received no later than February 19 at 11:59pm. 

Performances can be solo or in a group (no larger than 4 people). No live animals or pyrotechnics. No professional businesses. Participants under the age of 18 require the approval of a parent/guardian.
